Do we sell or ship to addresses outside the United States?
Not at this time.  For sales outside the United States please contact Cherry Central at 800-678-1860.

Which credit cards do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover/Novus cards are accepted, as well as debit cards which bear the Visa or Mastercard logo.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, the order may be cancelled as long as it has not been shipped.
If you receive an order that was canceled, accept delivery of the item and call us for return instructions.

I canceled my order but I have not yet received a credit - how long do credits take?
We submit all requests for credits within 24 hours of approval. Depending on your original order payment type it may take 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your account. If after 21 days, your credit has not been received, please contact us.

Can I return an item that is damaged, defective or I just don't want?
You order is 100% guaranteed, so if your item is damaged or defective when received, please contact us as soon as possible. If within 10 days of receipt you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us for return or replacement information. Merchandise returned without approval will be refused and no refund will be issued.

What happens if the item I ordered is not available?
Our warehouse stocks all of our listed items. In the unlikely event there is a delay in filling your order, we will notify you via telephone, email or postal mail and give you an estimated delivery date. You can either wait for the new delivery date or cancel for a full refund at any time prior to shipment.

What are my shipping options? Do you ship to a P.O. Box?
Shipping choices are listed on the ordering page. Orders needing to be delivered to a P.O. Box will be mailed US Postal Service.

How long will it take to receive my order?

The standard shipping time for orders shipped via UPS ground or USPS is 5-10 days. Large orders (over 200 lbs.) are shipped via common carrier (trucking company) and may take up to 21 days to arrive.
